Appointment Policies:

It is our priority to ensure every patient receives full, undivided attention from our medical staff.
If you are running late to your appointment and will arrive more than 5 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we ask that you please call to reschedule for a different time or day. Keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 5 minutes late.

If it is your pet’s first visit, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time and please email your pet’s previous medical records to [email protected].

Amendment/Cancellation Policy:
Please note that if you decide that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before the appointment time, we ask that you contact the clinic at (847) 843-2226. Thank you!
